Return and Refund Policy - Effective From Date: 5th March 2025

At Farleigh Print Studios, by Site and Search, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a non-personalised and physical item sold directly by us. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Should you wish to make a return, please email us, in the first instance, on: hello@siteandsearch.co.uk

No returns or refunds can be made for sale of any digital download product sold by us, once the file has been downloaded. A digital file is for you to personalise, edit, download and print yourself. No physical / hard copy will be sent. If you have any questions, please contact us, by email, before purchasing on: hello@siteandsearch.co.uk

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Custom or personalized items, such as ‘School Leaver Yearbooks’

Digital downloads or software

Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. If a refund cannot be made to your original payment method, we will get in touch with you, the paying customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at: hello@siteandsearch.co.uk.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after 28 days, please email us at: hello@siteandsearch.co.uk
